Single-story self-storage systems are the primary design for most self-storage projects. Its basic yet flexible design is easy to erect and modify to maximize the land. The Trachte™ One Story Self-Storage System allows for greater variety in bay sizes and eave heights by incorporating post and purlin construction. A key feature is the standard full 9' wide doors on 10' bays and full 11' wide doors on 12' bays. A wider door width offers easier access to the bay, which is especially important when renters use the unit for vehicle storage.

Trachte incorporates durability and easy of care into every building design. The one story features a single piece of roof sheeting (for 1/4":12" only, up to 65' wide) to eliminate a ridge cap and screw penetrations which reduces the chance of roof leaks.
