Located on a frontage road facing Madison’s highest traffic east/west artery, Beltline Self Storage was built in an ideal location. The property presented some challenges to development in terms of soil conditions and elevation changes. The buildings were built on a 1% slope to shed water towards a pond on the south side of the property, while longitudinal steps within some buildings adapt to the east to west elevation change.
