The Trachte™ Multi-Story Self-Storage System is ideal for urban areas with high property values and dense populations. Naturally, when land is limited, this design maximizes the rentable space needed to achieve a financially feasible project. Additionally, the system can be designed as a stand-alone building or constructed into a hillside.
Trachte’s two, three, and four-story designs can be customized to accommodate stairways, elevators, lifts, hallways, and exterior doors. It features a corridor system to meet your market or city building requirements. Hillside plans also offer the advantage of drive-up exterior access on both levels while achieving symmetry to your facility when land terrains are uneven.

Each Trachte self-storage system is designed and manufactured to include Trac-Rite® roll-up doors. Trac-Rite doors are built for durability, featuring sturdy construction and custom engineering for strong, smooth operation.
Available in custom sizes from 2′ 8″ to 11′ wide x 3′ to 12′ high in 1″ increments.
*Note: 8′ wide is the smallest size for 944WL.
The 977 is available in custom sizes from 8’ wide x 14’ wide to 16’high in 1″ increments.
Available in custom sizes from 10′ to 18′ wide x 8′ to 16′ high in 1″ increments.
Trachte Building Systems offers a 40-year* paint warranty against peeling and flaking, ensuring your facility looks great for years. This warranty also covers Trac-Rite® doors. Additionally, all Galvalume® roofs come with a 25-year warranty.
Trachte guarantees all materials, including Trac-Rite® doors, to be free of defects for a period of three (3) years.
