Higher roof pitches are generally perceived as being more aesthetically pleasing, and in some areas may be required by planning commissions. When building a higher pitched roof such as this 3:12 slope, you’ll be able to select from a screw down roof, or Trachte’s standing seam design as seen here.
The office at East Milford Self-Storage is built using a Trachte structure at a slightly taller height than the remainder of the buildings. Stone wainscoting helps to further set it apart.
