The facility’s rural aesthetic features ash gray building panels complemented by matte black roofs, doors, and trim. Offering a range of drive-up units, including spacious boat and RV units with electric, LC Self Storage ensures convenience and accessibility. The five buildings, each with a 2:12 pitch roof, are highlighted by decorative elements such as cupolas, black Versetta Stone wainscotting, and faux windows. The paved site minimizes dust, enhancing the overall customer experience. Security is prioritized with keypad gate entry, perimeter decorative fencing, and digital video surveillance. Despite challenges like elevation changes and a triangular site, the development successfully managed water drainage with strategic grading. A unique construction challenge arose when a pickup truck crashed through the site, but Trachte’s project manager worked diligently to replace damaged materials, allowing the facility to open as scheduled.
