This location was built on land into a hill side parcel. It features a number of relatively standard single story structures, as well as two of Trachte’s “Two story in a hill” buildings. These structures allow developers to build a two story building without the need for an elevator or stairs, and are ideal for land with an elevation change of about nine feet. The property offers traditional and climate controlled storage as well as outdoor parking. The office was built by local contractors in the company’s usual barn motif.
