Boat and RV storage is a component of many Trachte customer projects. Self Storage of Brookfield is a standout site in terms of architectural design and detail. Butler builder Anderson Ashton constructed the Trachte buildings with extensive use of parapet walls and fiber cement panels in a variety of textures and patterns to comply with the high standards of the community.
The large boat/RV units feature Trachte’s flush jamb and header system, with no exposed fasteners. Sectional doors were selected for this application for their reliability and increased weather tightness.
This project also includes traditional drive up storage and insulated heated/cooled buildings with interior access.
