Many of Trachte’s experienced clients build their sites with a variety of building and storage types, and at times, multiple uses. Trindle Self Storage is an example of this. The office of this facility also serves as a UPS store, maximizing the facility staff.
To best utilize the grade change on the building site, builder Rose Metal Systems constructed the two story into a hill building in addition to multiple basic single story 1/4:12 gable roof buildings.
Windows on the upper lever of the two story building help to market the services to drive-by traffic. Selective use of stone veneer and stucco brings an upscale appearance to the project.
